> Senior Director of Human Resources

As the Director of Human Resources, I am responsible for managing and providing guidance in the areas of talent management, employee relations, performance management, professional development, and enforcement of HR policy and procedures.

Additionally, I work closely with the Vice President of Human Resources to plan, direct, and manage all human resource strategic initiatives.

I served in the U.S. Army for 32 years, with combat tours in Somalia, Iraq, and Afghanistan. I officially retired in July 2022.

While in the U.S. Army, I held every enlisted leadership rank, culminating with an appointment as the senior enlisted organizational advisor (Command Sergeant Major) for a unit with over 800 personnel. Prior to that appointment, I held the position of Senior Human Resource Manager for a U.S. Army organization with thousands of personnel.

I like spending time with my two daughters, running (5-10K), reading mostly non-fiction and some historical fiction, weight training, Yoga, playing chess, and solving puzzles.

I earned a Bachelor of Science degree in management from Florida State University and hold a Master of Science degree in Organizational Leadership. I am also a graduate of the Defense Equal Opportunity Management Institute located in Cocoa Beach, Fla.
